f any of y’all have even eaten from a food truck, but if you haven’t it is a must. This past weekend I went to the Flea Market of Louisiana in Prairieville, La and they had a taco truck there. To say the least, I was very excited. The people running the truck were very friendly and pretty funny. I ordered two beef tacos and they were served minutes later, so service was great too. When I got my tacos I was immediately excited because these tacos are as close to authentic as I could get without going south of the border. They were small and served in a soft shell. d beef like you would normally expect from American tacos, but it was finely chopped beef. To top off it off there was just a little bit of white onions, lime, and cilantro. They were incredible! If you ever see a Mexican food truck of any kind I would highly suggest trying it out. Most of the time the people that are running the truck grew up eating and cooking the food they are serving you so you will get a little taste of their culture.
